Nevertheless, there are still plenty of these rebadged Dodge Durangos on the road. If you've tried to replace your Aspen's headlight, you've probably noticed that the assembly seems to be stuck. It's not stuck--there is hidden nut that must be removed before the headlight can come out. Difficulty:Moderate Instructions Things You'll Need Flat-head screwdriver Phillips screwdriver or socket wrench Gloves (optional) Step by Step : 1 Turn off the engine and engage the parking brake. Look directly in front of the wheel (on the plastic fender liner) to find the wing nut access door. Pry open the bottom part of this door with a flat-head screwdriver. Behind the door, you'll find a wing nut. Twist it counterclockwise with your hand to remove it. 2 Open the hood fully. Look above the headlight to find two bolt-screws. Remove them with a Phillips screwdriver or a socket wrench. 3 Tug the headlight to remove it from your Aspen. Finding a spot to get a good grip is difficult; you may need to wear gloves to increase your grip. If necessary, gently push the rear part of the headlight forward to help ease it out of the mount. 4 Depress the red tabs on the back of the headlight bulbs; unplug the connection. Remove the bulbs by gently turning them counterclockwise. Tips & Warnings When you're ready to replace the headlight, reverse the steps. Don't touch the glass part of the bulb to avoid damaging it. If replacing the bulb, use bulb type H13.

Difficulty:Moderate Instructions Things You'll Need Toolbox kit Socket wrench Step by Step : 1 Set the rubber mounting pads, included with the toolbox kit, on the bed rails of the pickup. 2 Set the toolbox on top of the rubber mounting pads so that it is centered in the middle of the pickup bed. Leave about 1 inch of clearance from the back of the toolbox to the cab of the pickup. 3 Open the top of the toolbox and locate the end panel slots in the corners. 4 Set a mounting clamp, included with the toolbox kit, onto the lip of the pickup bed, under the left front corner of the toolbox. 5 Insert a hex head bolt into a fender washer, both included in the toolbox kit. 6 Place the hex head bolt into the end panel slot in the toolbox and the mounting clamp. Secure the hex head bolt into the mounting clamp with the socket wrench. 7 Set a mounting clamp onto the lip of the pickup bed under the remaining corners of the toolbox. Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to secure the mounting clamps. Tips & Warnings Use a tape measure to determine if the toolbox is centered in the middle of the pickup. Use the keys, included with the toolbox kit, to lock and unlock the toolbox. If you do not use the rubber mounting pads, the paint on the bed rails can get scratched and cause the metal to rust.
